Robert Arnold Wardle Award
The Robert Arnold Wardle Award is presented by the Parasitism, Immunity and Environment Section to an individual in recognition of outstanding contributions to Canadian-based research on the interrelationships at all levels among infectious agents, the response of animals to these agents, and the environment in which these relationships exist.
Nominations must include the Nominee's curriculum vitae and letters of support.
The recipient receives a medal and scroll, and presents a lecture at the annual meeting of the Canadian Society of Zoologists. Those nominating an individual should keep in mind that the recipient is expected to attend the next Annual Meeting of the Canadian Society of Zoologists and present the Wardle Lecture. They must ensure that these requirements will be met before submitting the nomination.
Prix Robert Arnold Wardle
Le prix Robert Arnold Wardle est décerné par la Section de Parasitologie et souligne une contribution remarquable dans le domaine de la parasitologie au Canada ou une contribution remarquable d'un canadien au domaine de la parasitologie.
Les mises en candidature pour le concours doivent être accompagnées d'un curriculum vitae et de lettres de recommandation et être reçues au plus tard au début novembre.
Ceux qui soumettent des candidatures doivent garder à l'esprit que le récipiendaire doit assister à la prochaine réunion annuelle de la Société canadienne de zoologie et présenter la Conférence Wardle. Ils doivent donc s'assurer que ces obligations pourront être remplies avant de faire une mise en nomination.
