Nominating Committee

The Nominating Committee shall consist of the immediate Past-President, if available, who shall chair the Committee and three members who are not Officers of the Society. 

In the absence of the immediate Past-President, Council shall appoint a chair from among previous Past-Presidents. 

The other members of the Nominating Committee normally will be the Chairs of the different Sections within the Society or their representatives.  The Chair of the Nominating Committee shall submit the nominations to the Secretary as specified under By-Law IV, 1.
