A Recognition Committee composed of the two immediate Past-Presidents and at least one other member shall be appointed by Council and shall provide to the Secretary its recommendation for the Fry Medalist, the attribution of the Distinguished service medal and for new Honorary Members, two weeks prior to the December Executive and Council Meeting.
