CSZ 2026 Abstracts and Registration are now open!

Hello from Ottawa!

As chair of the CSZ 2026 local Organizing Committee, I am excited to announce that both abstract submission and registration are now open for CSZ Ottawa 2026. The meeting will take place May 11-14th, 2026, on the Carleton University campus.

Important dates to remember:

·       Abstract Submission deadline: Monday, March 2nd

·       Early Bird Registration deadline: Monday, March 2nd

·       Final Registration deadline: Friday, March 27th

Book accommodations: Arrangements have been made for affordable on-campus room bookings. See more details on the accommodation website. 

Keep us informed. During registration, you will be asked to indicate which events (e.g. workshops and sections lunches) you intend to join us for. Please do your best to fill these in honestly and let us know about any dietary restrictions when prompted. All of this helps us make the meeting the best it can be! 

That’s pricey! If you are a regular attendee of CSZ meetings, you will note that registration fees have increased slightly this year. This increase is specifically to cover the cost of providing boxed lunches for ALL meeting attendees on May 12th, 13th, and 14th.
